Oded Haushner — Founder and CEO
Haushner Civil Engineering & Real Estate Appraisal was founded in 1991 by Mr. Oded Haushner, a real-estate appraiser and civil engineer, and to this day he personally manages it.

Mr. Haushner is a member of the Israeli Real Estate Appraisers Association; head of the audit committee at the Academic Association for Research and Implementation of Real Estate Appraisement in Israel (a registered nonprofit); acommittee member, with the Chief Governmental Assessor and other private appraisers, for assembling guidelines for petrol station appraisal; and a member of the professional panel of the Valuation Standards Committee.

Yaron Malul — Accountant and real-estate appraiser — Partner
Mr. Malul is a member of the Israeli Real Estate Appraisers Association.
He joined the Haushner company in 1998. Since 2006 he has managed the project supervision department. Broadly and thoroughly experienced in all aspects of financial consultancy and supervision (including preliminary reports, supervision reports, appraisals, and preparation for tenders).
